If you have an FTP account with us, you can upload your pictures directly. Go to your ftp account: myftp.htm . It will direct you to a page where you will enter your login and password. Click on the Ctrl+S to save. Then logout. You will be returned to the home page. Here you will find a new Upload tab under Upload Pictures. Click to upload pictures. The file will change from text to a compressed.zip file. Download this zip file to your computer and then unzip it. You should see two files.

You can also use your Email program to send the update directly or to one of your preferred email addresses. You can also use the Insert/Link function of your Email program. You can save the page in your email program and return to the SC home page.

Click on the Home tab: Choose the Upload Pictures tab.Click on the new Upload Pictures window.Select the images you want from your computer, choose their size.
